Starting August 4th 2011 you can enjoy free movies on a big screen in the open air. The location is along the river IJ on the opposite side of the botel in Amsterdam north. (Click here for the location on the map. ) The movies begin when it starts to get dark.  You can view national and international movies that haven’t quite made it to the big screen cinemas.
